Women's Ministry
The Women’s Ministry encourages women at all stages of life to discover and use their gifts to advance their community, homes, businesses and church. We create intimate environments for women to learn and engage with each other as we grow our faith. We desire for women to live balanced spiritual lifestyles that feeds their minds, bodies, and souls.
Men's Ministry
The Men’s Ministry serves men of all ages. We are a brotherhood of Believers, and we refer to ourselves as a band of brothers dedicated to evangelizing and edifying the Body of Christ. Our main emphasis is the spiritual strengthening of men in the their roles as leaders, husbands, fathers, and sons at every stage of life’s journey.
Christian Education
Christian Education strives to help our members be biblically informed sharing the Word of God in such a way that it comes alive in the contemporary settings of our lives. Christian Education encompasses the various ways that our members can grow in their discipleship, including Bible Study, teen and children’s ministry, small groups, creative arts and new believers sessions. We partner with elders, adults, families, parents, young adults, and youth to make disciples for Jesus for Christ.
Evangelism
The Evangelism Ministry exists as the external outreach of the First Church of the Open Bible for the City and the surrounding community, and to fulfill the church’s mission: “To Know Christ and to Make Him Known”. We share the Word of God to the young and old. We carry prayer to those who need it. We invite and support those who are ready to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We believe that Evangelism is the core responsibility of every believer.
